Price category 1 = for 2-6 rental days

Price category 2 = for 7-13 rental days

Price category 3 = for +14 rental days

Exchange Rate per 2/3/2005: 1 Euro = ca. 36 RS

GENRAL INFORMATIONS FOR RENTAL CARS:

1. DRIVERS LICENCE

The driver must be in possession of a valid drivers licence for a period of one year at least. Minimum age is 21 years.

2. PAYMENT

The estimated costs of the rental is payable at commencement of hire period and final adjustment will bemade at termination.

3. CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED

Mastercard, America Express, Diners Club, Barclay Card, Visa, Mastercharge

4. PETROL

Petrol is Customers responsibility. Each car has a full tank of petrol at commencement of rental and to be returned to us full.

5. OIL AND LUBRIGATION

Servicing is normally provided by us. Cars must be returned to us for general checking up at mileage stated on a card fixed inside the car.

6. INSURANCE

Cars are covered by a fully paid comprehensive Insurance Policy. However, in case of accident, the hirer is responsible for the first Rs 15.000 can be reduced to Rs 5.000 by payment of an extra charge of 150 Rs.

7. LOSS OF EQUIPMENT

Damage to or loss of, equipment tyres and personal property is not covered by the special insurance.

8. PASSENGERS INSURANCE

Is available at Rs 150 per day -- maximum cover Rs 40.000 for the driver and Rs 40.000 shared among passengers.

9. DELIVERY AND RECOVERY

Cars can be delivered and recovered anywhere on the island. An extra fee of Rs 100 will be charged each case. From Airport Rs 400 will be charged.

10. AVAILABILITY

The models are according to our orginal fleet planning. However delivery problems may compel us to supply another vehicle in excepional cases.

11. DRIVER GUIDE

Against a supplement of Rs 400 per day. Inclusive of meals and Rs 500 per day Sunday & Public Holidays

12. SURCHARGE

15 % on Daily Rates and Mileages.

13. UNLIMITED MILEAGE

Our unlimited mileage tariff includes Rental and Mileage only. Surcharge, both insurances, delivery and recovery are not included.
